Shipping:

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders received prior to 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the second business day.

What is the shipping time?
Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney delivery time is 2 to 4 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Darwin, Perth delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Hobart delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Other areas 3 to 12 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery normally occurs during normal business hours. You can track your order by logging into your mySharp account.

What will happen if nobody is at home when delivery is attempted?
The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery of your order.

What are our shipping fees?

Shipping fees are dependant on the weight of the product and the size of the product. Shipping Fees will be calculated and displayed before you finalise your order.

Do we ship internationally (Export)?
No, only orders from within Australia will be accepted.

Do we ship to post office boxes?
No, all deliveries require a signature of the receiver. We will not deliver to post office boxes.

Do you take away old products, appliances or packing materials?
No, this is the purchaser's responsibility.
The courier is not responsible for:

  • Moving Furniture to make access for large products
  • Removal of old appliances
  • Installation of new products
  • Removal of Doors etc to give access for large products.
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Ensuring safe access for delivery (delivery may be refused if there is no safe access)

Do we ship to all areas of Australia?
We endeavour to ship to all areas, however we may not ship to some remote areas.

Do we arrange installation?
No, if installation is required please arrange installation at your cost, with a local service provider.

Payment:

What Payment options do you support?
Payment is by Credit Card only. We support Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards . With some cards, a merchant service fee may be charged. We will calculate and display any charge before you place your order.

What is 3DSecure, Verified By Visa or Mastercard SecureCode?
Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode are schemes implemented by the credit card companies to help protect your credit card purchases online. They are collectively referred to as 3D Secure.

Credit card holders whose cards are issued by Banks that support the 3DS Secure have the option to enrol in the applicable scheme. When enroled credit cards are used for online purchases by merchants that are also participating in the 3D Secure scheme, the purchaser will be redirected to their card issuer's website during the payment process.

The card issuer (Bank) will request the card holder to enter their PIN code known only to the card holder and their Bank. Upon successful authentication, the bank will redirect you back to our online store and provide evidence to us of a successful authentication. Where your card is enrolled, you may only continue with the payment process if authentication was successful and therefore offers you greater protection against fraudulent transactions.
During the enrolment verification process, if your card is not enrolled, your bank may provide you the opportunity to enrol in this scheme.

When is my credit card debited?
Your credit card will be debited at the time of your order.

Refunds/Returns/Warranty

What warranty applies to my product?
The warranty details are included with each product. Warranty terms are also included on our page for the individual product.

Do we accept refunds and or returns?

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we may at our discretion decide to either replace the product or refund your purchase price.  If you decide you wish to return or cancel your order after it has been shipped, a restocking fee will be charged. Please refer to the Terms & Condition for a schedule of restocking fees.
